This is one of the most unusual Quonset huts you will ever see. Built on the side of the city pier adjacent to one of three rows of boathouses, this Quonset hut serves as a shop. It's specific offering may vary from year to year....

The city pier is public property, as are the three wharfs that run perpendicular to it, but all the boathouses that run off each for these wharfs are privately held, and sell for outrageously high amounts whenever they change hands. This may be a boat repair shop one year and a bait shop the next... You never now until resort season starts up again!
