This is the 'Wilhelma', a big old zoo and botanical garden in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg which is presented at the City Edition Stuttgart of Monopoly.

The Wilhelma was founded in 1846 by the king Wilhelm I. Since 1880 it is open to the public. There are about 2.3 million visitors annually.
It is home to 6,000 species of plants and 11,500 animals from all over the world.
