Utilities Infrastructure Operations. This division produces and distributes the water supply. Responsibilities include; water quality assurance, repair and construction of distribution lines, construction observation and inspection, implementation of the Cross Connection Ordinance, consulting with engineers for system improvements, plan and development approval, etc.
Wastewater Collection. This division maintains lift stations, gravity and force mains, provides construction observation, consults with engineers for system improvements, implements regulatory requirements.
Utilities Business Operation. This division is responsible for the financial management of the department. Functions include billing, revenue collection, purchase approval and annual budget preparation."
