From Smithsonian description IAS NY000765: "An abstract fountain sculpture consisting of intersecting planes of broken I-beams in two welded configurations. "
"The fountain sculpture was commissioned specifically for Binghamton's Governmental Plaza and cost $205,000. Funding was provided by Binghamton's Art in Public Places One Percent for Art Program."
