*First wine grapes in Southern California
*First orange trees in California
*First tangerine trees in California
*First sailing ship, Guadalupe, built in Southern California
*First pest control in Southern California (small cutout in church door for parish To enter to keep mice out at night)"
Blasterz are not sure about that last one, but the rest we are confident are true!
