This is an open movie theater that originally opened in 1885 as an opera house. There is seating for around 300 people, no balcony.

Has a vertical, neon royal blue sign trimmed in red spelling out RITZ in white letters. Also has an overhang with RITZ on it.
It has dual, pink-and-blue horizontal lines extending out along the facade that end in circles with "lights" and "camera". "Action" gets its own spot among a bank of square tiles above the doors.
