The gigantic 'Killer Bee' statue is anatomically correct, yellow and black Africanized honeybee with steel supported legs and translucent wings. It stands 10 feet high and the body is about 20 feet long with another 4 feet of antennae.

Located in front of Hidalgo City Hall. Constructed in 1993 after the first colony of Killer Bills killed the first person in the United States in Hidalgo County.
