Small Baroque Church of St. Elizabeth of Thuringia (Kostel Sv. Alžbety Durynské), originally Renaissance hospital church, is nowadays filial church of Roman Catholic parish in Caslav.
Church of St. Elizabeth is small towerless single-nave structure with rectangular presbytery with apse. Church was built for a new town hospital and adjacent cemetery in Caslav suburb called "Horske predmesti" in 1553. Original Renaissance church was rebuilt in Baroque style in 1718-1728 and again, for this time in neo-Renaissance style, in 1876-1879. The old hospital was demolished and adjacent cemetery abolished in 1909. Eventually, church was reshaped in 1935, when it obtained Baroque appearance according to the plans from the beginning of the 17th century. Nowadays is church again under general reconstruction.
