[FR] Il existe plusieurs types de bornes en forêt de Fontainebleau. Elles servaient à marquer les limites du domaine royale. Plusieurs bornes se sont succédés au fil des siècles. Celle-ci a surement été posé après la parution d'un arrêt du Conseil d’Etat du 16 juin 1750.
M. Duvaucel Grand-Maître enquesteur et Général réformateur des Eaux et Forêts de France avait la charge de faire une nouvelle séparation entre le domaine et les propriétés riveraines (ainsi qu'un plan). Les bornes sont règlementé pour la taille, hauteur et largeur.Elles sont numérotés et le dessus est creusé d'une ligne. Cette ligne représente l'orientation de la limite.

[EN] There are many types of terminals in the Fontainebleau forest. They were used to mark the boundaries of the royal domain. Several terminals have succeeded over the centuries. This has probably been asked after the publication of a judgment of the State Council of 16 June 1750.
Mr. Duvaucel Grand Master enquesteur Reformist General of Waters and Forests of France was responsible to a new separation between the area and waterfront properties (and a map). The terminals are regulated for size, height and largeur.Elles are numbered and the top is carved a line. This line represents the orientation of the boundary.
