The gazebo has a concrete base and has eight rectangular wood pillars holding up a wooden roof with dark gray shingles. Decorative wood shakes are located in the four eaves of the gazebo with a wooden cross over top of the wood shakes in all four eaves.
In the center of the gazebo's concrete floor is a concrete inset with the following inscription:

Miss Edna E Tryon, 55, a well-known resident of Hilliar, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon. The deceased was a former resident of (Franklin co) New York, but had made her home in Hilliard for the past thirteen years."The body has been prepared for burial... and, accompanied by relatives, who will arrive from New York, will be forwarded to Moira, NY for interment.
