This hand pump is located in the entrance area to the Museum of Cambridge at the junction of Castle Street and Northampton Street.

The pump appears to be freestanding so no longer works. It is made of metal with the usual arrangement of the spout on one side and the handle on the opposite side. The handle is still present. There is a notch on top of the spout that would allow a bucket to hang there whilst being filled.
