South Dakota has Mount Rushmore, and Arizona has
Fount Rushmore at
Fountain Park in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
With the addition of this sculpture of George Washington on Presidents day in 2015, the set of four Rushmore presidents is complete - Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln and Roosevelt.
This bronze Jefferson was created by Colorado artists George and Mark London. Jefferson is depicted sitting on a bench holding a large document paper in both hands. He is wearingcolonial-style clothing with buckle shows, knee stockings, a coat over a vest with a ruffle shirt. A nearby sign which gives the dates of Jefferson birth and death and tells a history of his life. Jefferson died on July 4th, 1826, 50 years after the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.
In addition there is a bonus statue to the presidential group of Ronald Reagan.
