Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present section corner bears N88.9°E from WAYMARK WMQNV6, 2648' distant.
Walk through waist-high manzanita, crossing FR1216 again.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4"brass cap on iron pipe; rising 8"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is one PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears W, 11'4" distant and a second on a T-post which bears S, 9'8" from the corner. Found four ponderosa pines with healed blazes and the usual complement of yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs. In addition , there is a LOCATION POSTER on a 23" western larch which bears W, 9'11" distant.
