The clock has faces on three of the four sides of the square tower. The north east side of the tower, that looks over the main body of the buiding does not have a clock face on it. The faces are identical.

The tower is mainly brick built with the clock faces being set into a decorated sguare, carved stone surround. The circular face appears to be made from grey slate that has the hour ans minute marks carved into it. The marks are coloured gold. The hour marks are represented by Roman numerals. The hands, also coloured gold, are of a basic design.
