This hand painted electrical box is located on SE of the intersection of N. Wall Quay (R801) and Guild Street and NE of the Samuel Beckett Bridge.
It is next to a type of bascule bridge: rolling lift trunnion (sometimes a "Scherzer" rolling lift)which raises the span by rolling on a track resembling a rocking chair base.
