Tucked up off Bells Line of Road, in the front yard of the public school, is this tri-braced wooden post trig with white painted metal vanes. Official Code: TS3789; Official Name: Pound.

Several times I had taken photos of this trig back in the 1980s, as I used to frequently go past it on canyoning trips in the northern Blue Mountains.
This is very well maintained, even if it does not get much practical use these days. The wooden post is in a moderated sized, round concrete block, and is stayed, by three angle iron 'rods' bolted to a collar on the post; each bolted to an anchor point on the concrete block.
If you come on a non-school day it is not hard to touch the trig, and it is only about 10 m inside the low ARC-mesh fence/hedge.
There is only a limited view from the trig point these days with quite a few trees on the school property.
