Casa Beethoven is an old music shop selling some musical instruments and sheet music, plus CD's and music reference books since 1880.

When we passed by on July 2015 there was a party going on at the back of the store with a man playing piano and a woman singing. That was quite unique.

On the sidewalk in front of the store one can see a plate installed by the Barcelona's City Council in recognition of Casa Beethoven's numerous years of service to the Barcelona's community.
