Une ferme photovoltaïque en bois
Construit en bois et équipé de 900 m2 de panneaux solaires, le bâtiment agricole réalisé cette année à Ballancourt-sur-Essonne (91), pour le compte de l’Eurl Bouché, sera inauguré, le 6 juin prochain, en présence notamment de Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, secrétaire d’Etat à l’Écologie, et de Serge Dassault, sénateur maire de Corbeil (91). La ferme de 1 600 m2 a été bâtie par la société Cordonnier SA (76), spécialisée dans la réalisation de bâtiments agricoles en bois. Sur ce chantier exceptionnel, le constructeur a travaillé avec le bureau d’études du fabricant des panneaux photovoltaïques – société allemande CMS – afin de définir précisément l’orientation du bâtiment et l’inclinaison du toit. Le rendement prévu est de plus de 100 000 kWh par an, et la vente de courant à EDF devrait rapporter au maître d’ouvrage environ 70 000 euros par an. Le coût total de l’investissement est de 900 000 euros, la part des panneaux représentant 750 000 euros. Le chantier de la ferme photovoltaïque a été présenté dans "Wood Surfer" n° 44."
