While I was trying to find a nearby trig point I found the transmitting tower for the Oxley Region Amateur Radio Club, on Middle Brother, on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

From communication with the Chairman of the Oxley Region Amateur Radio Club, I was given the following links, and further information.
The ACMA Register of Radiocommunications Licences: (

Map of Repeaters: (

The club operates 2 repeaters from Middle Brother, 2 metre (VHF), and 70 cm (UHF).
The Output Frequency of the UHF is 438.525 MHz, and Input Frequency is 433.525 MHz. The CTCSS sub audible tone for UHF is 123.0 Hz for in/out.
I wasn't too clear on the meaning of one variable, as I think the Antenna Height above the average terrain would be approaching 1,500 feet, as the base of the repeater is at 515 m (ASL), and it is another 15 m higher again. With most of the surrounding country being quite low (as in 10 to 50 m elevation.) However I went with the answer from ORARC.
