Entrance to the Angel Yard off the Market Place where Wills & Hepworths were situated. To the right of the entrance you can see Wills' library and bookshop - where the story of Ladybird Books began. The entrance to the yard is still there and forms part of Barclays Bank with Topman on the other side.
It's hard to believe that the pictures are of the same place, the buildings have changed so much over the years.
