The Pharr FOE Aerie is located at 305 S Cage St (also the US 83 Business Route), a few blocks south of the Pharr City Hall in downtown Pharr.

Aerie 3109 serves the entire Rio Grande Valley Community, a rich cultural area, composed of 20 cities and many dozens more tiny settlements and colonias at the very southern tip of Texas. This vibrant and fertile agricultural region comprises four counties along the US-MX border, stretching westward from Port Isabel on the the Gulf of Mexico to the small town of Roma on the Rio Grande River, 130 miles away.
