American Legion Post 100 - Washington, IL - Quonset Huts on Waymarking.com

In Washington, off Business Route 24, is this Quonset Hut that is part of the building for American Legion Post 100 in Washington.

To get to the post, from Business Route 24, go south on Legion Road to the sign and driveway on the left (east side). It is difficult to see from the road.

The quonset hut is a large structure, grey in color. At one end is a flat face with a regular door and the words, "American Legion Post 100." On one side is a wide door. On the other side is the main entrance and the addition which is the post's bar.

Inside, the quonset hut is the function room for the post. You can see the sloping wall/ceiling.
