The mark is on the center line of the north side of the intersection of S. Main St. and E. 3rd St.

Luckily the streets were closed when I grabbed the photo. There was a fair that didn't allow for car traffic on the streets, which made this very safe to take the photos. On a normal day, I don't recommend hunting it down.
