My wife and I stopped by after visiting the area for some local history site visits. About dusk dark, we rounded the curve in the road, saw the sign lit up, had to stop.

The sign of course says it all. A pig and the words, "BARBQUE" lit up in red neon light, means good eats are to be had here. Neon signs do exactly what they are intended....catch your eye. I am a BBQ connoisseur. I love BBQ, pork, beef and chicken. My radar is always on the prowl for a good BBQ restaurant. One with a neon sign is a plus.
