Bards Walk is a modern, covered shopping arcade in Stratford-upon-Avon which runs from Henley Street to Wood Street and built on the site of a row of eight C19th cottages, Osbourne Court. The cottages themselves were converted from an old malthouse by John Osborne and his son John, farmers and millers of Hampton Lucy and Charlecote, and were demolished in the late 1890s.

At the corner half way through Bards Walk is a suspended, two-faced clock with globe finials on chamfered pyramids top and bottom. The faces are marked as a single gold-painted circle with the hour and minute marks inside this. The Roman numerals and hands are also gold-painted. As the clock is in a 'box' the remaining areas of the square faces is marked with segmental lines.

The clock is at the junction of the two arms of the arcade suspended from the roof joists, a face is visible down the whole length of each of the arcade's arms.

The co-ordinates given are for the Arcade entrance off Henley Street and the Wood Street entrance is at N 52 11.568' W 001 42.468'.
