The Pleasant St bridge was rebuilt in 2009 and crosses the Blackstone River. The original bridge, constructed in 1909, was duplicated in appearance by the new bridge.

The bridge is located in a section of Grafton called Saundersville, which was one of the 3 small milling villages in Grafton dating back to the early 1800's. The bridge crosses the Blackstone River, which was part of the Blackstone Canal.
