CGS AIRPORT 1950, MT, is a US Coast and Geodetic Survey (CGS, now National Geodetic Survey – NGS) azimuth mark disk located along the south side of Old Boulder Road, about 1.4 miles east-northeast of downtown Livingston, Park County, MT. The disk is flush with the surface in the top of a square concrete monument. It is about 0.2 miles east-northeast of the intersection of Myers Lane and Old Boulder Road, 44.9 feet south of the centerline of Old Boulder Road, 24.0 feet west of the centerline of a track road leading south, 2.0 feet west of an orange Carsonite witness post, and level with the surface of the highway. The disk was monumented by the CGS 1950, and documented for inclusion in the NGS database in 1984. It is stamped AIRPORT 1950. It is in the National Geodetic Survey database at PID = AI2143 (

To reach from Exit 337 off Interstate Highway 90 about 3.0 miles northeast of Livingston, MT, go southwest on US Highway 89 (aka Business Interstate 90) for about 1.0 miles to the intersection with Myers Lane leading southwest. Turn left and go southwest on Myers Lane for about 1.4 miles to the intersection with Old Boulder Road. Turn hard left and go easterly and uphill on Old Boulder Road for about 0.2 miles to a track road leading south and the station on the right. Handheld coordinates are N45-40.015 W110-31.995.
