World Trade Center towers sculpture with this inscription:
And here we dedicate this statue to the men and women taken in 9/11 and those brave individuals who protect the freedoms of our great country.

Two other markers are nearby. One with "Let's Roll" and this text:
The term "lets roll" came to be when the passengers of United Airlines Flight 93 made a valiant effort to save their flight on Sept. 11, 2001. 4 Al Qaeda terrorists on a suicide mission hijacked the plan in an attempt to crash into the capitol building. Due to the quick and determined actions of the passengers & crew, flight 93 failed to reach the capitol building. The passengers & crew showed unity, courage, defiance in the face of adversity. Thought the plane crashed in Shanksville, PA, killing all the passengers, they shall be remembered as true patriots and died for the love of their countrymen.

Another memorial with an airplane, flags, eagle and pentagon on the top has this text:
On the morning of Sept 11, 2001, AA flight 77 was hijacked by 5 Al Qaeda terrorists. The terrorists stormed the cockpit and turned the plane for Washington, DC, where it was deliberately crashed into the west wall of the Pentagon. The Pentagon is the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense. The purpose of the attack was to disable the U.S. Military, which the terrorists failed to do. The crash killed all passengers on the plane including the terrorists, as well as 125 individuals working at the Pentagon.

The America's heroes memorial opened at the impact site of the Pentagon, it forever memorializes the 184 victims.
