I recovered this Oregon State Highway Department benchmark from 1970 in good condition. This BM is monumented on top of a concrete headwall (on the west side) of a culvert that spans Plevna Ditch on the south side of Hwy 66. This disk contains the designation stamping of 'E 631' and '1970' on its face. This mark is not in the NGS database. My posted coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
