At a nice lookout over the Gloucester and Barrington regions is this concrete pedestal trig. Official Code: TS10431

I first found this concrete pedestal trig when there was a cache directly opposite (which has been Archived), and now there is one a bit further past it.
There is only a short plastic pole on top, with the black semi-circular vanes. No name plate.
