Being a consecrated church from 1863 until 1976 it is a great example of Victorian Gothic church architecture that is found throughout Western Canada. Today the church is a part of the Yale Museum complex telling the history of the gold rushes in the Fraser Canyon and beyond. As well as the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway in the 1880s.
