Sloup stojí na námestí Svobody. Na vrcholu korintského sloupu je sousoší Panny Marie s Ježíškem, v ctyrbokém podstavci socha sv. Rozálie a postavy ochráncu proti moru sv. Karel Boromejský, sv. Roch, sv. Šebestiána a sv. František Xaverius. Na balustráde, která obklopuje sloup, stojí sochy sv. Anny, sv. Pavlíny, sv. Augustina a sv. Ambrože. Na sloupu je vyryt nápis místního kronikáre Kellera popisující hruzy spojené s morovou epidemií v roce 1715. Dílo vytvoril Jan Václav Strumer.
