A 34 metre steel telecommunication observation tower with an observation deck at the height of 22 metres was opened to the public in 2003 southeast of Králíky (3 km) above Dolní Hedecí on the top of Val. The tower is nearly an exact copy of the observation tower on Ruprechtický Špicák in the Broumov headland. A total of 123 stairs lead visitors to a 360° view of the Hedec monastery, the Orlické Mts., the Králický Snežník massif, the Jeseníky Mts., the Branná Highlands, Jerab, and Suchý vrch.

Ocelová konstrukce byla postavena v roce 2003 a slouží také k potrebám radiokomunikací. Její celková výška je 34,5 m, vyhlídkový ochoz se nachází ve výšce 22 m. Z nej se vám naskytne výhled na Kralický Snežník, panorama Jeseníku nebo Orlické hory. Rozhledna je volne prístupná.
