"Liberty has developed a 150,000 square foot build-to-suit office building for PHH Mortgage (formerly Cendant Mortgage) in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed in 2006, the building has received LEED certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s New Construction Rating System. Located at 5201 Gate Parkway, the building is visible from J. Turner Butler Boulevard and features a prominent entryway into a two story atrium, a fitness center, a cafeteria and an outside patio area. To reduce the heat island effect on the site, the building was constructed with a white TPO roofing system to reduce cooling loads in a warm climate where cooling is dominant. The building will reduce potable water usage by between 30% and 40% compared to a typical office building this size."
