The high-relief represents a powerful woman, scantily clad, swaying and wearing a laurel crown, in the style of Greek statuary. Urn resting on his left shoulder the beneficent water flows recovered in a cherub he holds a conch at arms. To his right, a second cherub, sucking her thumb, is perched astride a pitcher and relies on a kind of rudder. The nymph, chubby children, the bottom lined with reeds, everything evokes the virtues of Vichy thermal waters.

Le haut-relief représente une femme puissante, légèrement vêtue, déhanchée et coiffée d'une couronne de laurier, dans le goût de la statuaire grecques. De l'urne posée sur son épaule gauche s'écoule l'eau bienfaisante qu'un putto récupère dans une conque qu'il tient à bout de bras. À sa droite, un second putto, suçant son pouce, est juché à califourchon sur une cruche et s'appuie sur une sorte de gouvernail. La nymphe, les enfants potelés, le fond tapissé de joncs, tout évoque les vertus des eaux thermales vichyssoises.
