This repeater is located beside the Environment Canada weather radar on top of Mount Sicker just north of Duncan, British Columbia, Canada.

The repeater's antenna is located on a tall tower beside the Environment Canada weather radar, up a service road off of Prevost Mainline. The repeater equipment is co-located with the weather radar equipment in a building beside the tower. In addition to being used by amateur operators of the Cowichan Valley Amateur Radio Society (CVARS) and Telephone Pioneers Amateur Radio Club (TPARC), the repeater is also used by the Cowichan Valley Emergency Program, a project to ensure radio communication during times of disaster and major emergency.
