The Eskridge Draw historical marker is an inscribed stone marking the location of an automobile accident in 1963. According to Find-A-Grave.com, "On February 15, 1963, Edward Eskridge and his brother Richard were rabbit hunting when they lost control of their car about 29 miles north of Green River on the Blue Rim road. Edward reportedly pulled his brother from the overturned car, covered him with clothes and lit a fire near him before walking off in search of help. Richard was found alive, but with a serious back injury, and died of pneumonia five days later in a Rock Springs hospital. Edward was never found."
