This flagpole, dedicated to several members of the Polson family, is located to the left of the entrance to the cemetery as one faces the entrance. The cemetery is located along East 340 Road in rural Delaware County west of Southwest City, Mo.

This flagpole, dedicated to several members of the Polson family, is located to the left of the entrance to the cemetery as one faces the entrance. The flagpole is about 10' tall. The dedication marker is grey granite. The text of the marker reads:

"Flag Pole Dedicated in Memory of:

1901 Alma Henryetta Polson 1921
1903 O. Lee Polson 1978
1906 True Richard Polson 1962
1910 Ruth Imogene Polson 2008
1912 William Eugene Polson 1991

Donated by: James A. Polson, Son of Lee Polson"
