IN HONOR AND REMEMBRANCE
of the Heroes and Victims in the
Fight Against Terrorism
and to Celebrate the
Enduring Spirit of All Americans
In Spring of 2015 the Frisco Park was reworked. This plaque use to be mounted on a stand in front of the clock, now is inset in the concrete base.
I cannot find the text of the old plaque, but I am told by locals it was about the same wording.
I believe the entire clock was put in, originally, by the WOW organization, but I cannot prove it.
