Cást údolí lesoparku Heulos, která byla v r. 1949 urcena za letní amfiteátr. V roce 1959 pribyla promítací stena, svého casu nejvetší v republice, a prostor se zacal využívat i pro filmová predstavení. Údolí je prirozenou fortifikacní hranicí historické Jihlavy, která oddeluje staré mesto od nejvetšího jihlavského sídlište Brezinky.
Správcem celého areálu jsou Služby mesta Jihlavy. Využívá se na promítání filmu, divadelní predstavení, módní prehlídky, prezentacní akce, koncerty.
