I Googled the troop and was very confused. I got 5 different Troop 77's in Alabama. Not sure how that works down there. In Missouri only one number per state. They can be repeated in different states, but never saw more than one in any one state before.

Mr. Overton being a minor, little is published on him. I did get permission to use a photo of a local congressman making a presentation to Eagle Scout Logan Overton.
