Jde o artéský vrt v Mariánském údolí v Líšni po pravé strane toku Rícky blízko rozcestí Mariánské údolí. Vrt je hluboký približne 50 m a vytéká z nej voda mimorádného složení, jaká se v okolí Brna jinde nevyskytuje. Voda podobného složení je jímána v lázních Skalka u Prostejova, ovšem má vyšší obsah chloridu než hydrougenuhlicitanu. Stejný obsah mají vody Levuonovo v Bulharsku nebo Taškentska v Uzbekistánu. Vzhledem k poloze je vrt velmi casto navštevován. Blízké parkovište na obsah ropných látek zatím vliv nemá. Ackoli celková mineralizace nepresahuje 1000 mg/l, lze vodu pocítat mezi vody minerální. Obsahuje predevším hydrogenuhlicitan sodný, takže má alkalickou reakci (pH i nad 8,5). Proto není vhodná k dlouhodobému pití.
