A web search turned up several sites that list this particular helicopter, such as the Aerial Visuals site; but unfortunately none of them listed any of the pilots or other personnel who operated and used this particular helicopter. The Wikipedia article has a lot of useful information on the Bell UH-1, affectionately known as a "Huey", which were mainly used during the Vietnam war. The UH-1H variant was the most-produced version of the UH-1.
