This small historic district consists of eleven primary buildings and three contributing ancillary structures. The buildings were designed by local architects Adolph Struebig and Ben Shapiro in the Classic Revival style. The buildings were constructed between 1940 and 1951. The L-shaped buildings are arranged in way to create a courtyard effect between buildings.
