This survey marker is a black metal cap atop a pipe in the Tonto National Forest. It is South of the Bush Highway in the Usery Mountains. It had an attendant witness post, a yellow sign on a metal post, which has been destroyed by gunfire. The post can be found by hiking up a wash from the highway. Around the edge of the disk is written U.S. General Land Office Survey 194. Within that is Penalty $250 For Removal 30. To the side of the center is 1/4. Next to that is S9 over S16. The marker is approximately .8 miles south of the Bush Highway at an angle of 359 degrees and 1.5 miles West of Usery Pass Road at an angle of 90 degrees.
