V horní cásti Zubrí najdete nove upravené pramenište pod Obecníkem.
V okolí pramenište žije mimo jiné i mlok skvrnitý a na jedné z posledních lokalit v CR zde roste šafrán karpatský. Díky citlivým stavebním zásahum se podarilo v krásném prostredí obcanum Zubrí a také turistum zpríjemnit místo k odpocinku s pramenem kvalitní prírodní vody.
