Who Put it Here?: American Legion Post #91 & VFW Post

Description of Memorial:
No post number is shown for the VFW because that post no longer exists. The VFW, and I can give personal experience of this, has had issues of running off anyone who was not WWII or Korean (mainly in the 80s), and because of that many posts disbanding because they have no members. It happen here, and It has happened to two post here where I live.
