WIDT 1J24 2002, WI, is a Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WIDT) survey disk located along the north side of State Highway 59 about 1.9 miles east of the town of Milton, Rock County, WI. The disk is mounted flush with the surface in the top of a round, concrete monument, and is surrounded by three WIDT white witness posts. It is about 1.93 miles east of the intersection of State Highway 26 and State Highway 59 in Milton, about 660 feet west of the crossroad intersection of State Highway 59 and North Vickerman Road, 113.8 feet northwest of a telephone pole, 97.1 feet east of telephone pedestal number 258050, 36.1 feet north of the centerline of State Highway 59, 4.6 feet south of an east-west fence, and about level with the surface of the highway. The disk was monumented by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in 2001, and is stamped 1J24 2002. It is in the National Geodetic Survey database at PID = DF9683 (
visit link) . To reach from Exit 171 off Interstate Highway 39 and 90, go northeast on State Highway 26 for about 4.6 miles to the intersection with State Highway 59.
