Following FM 2164 from Denton (south) or Sanger (north), go east on Gribble Springs Rd. It will eventually take a hard turn to the south, and soon after, you'll encounter Shepard Rd. The disk is difficult to see, but it is outside a barbed wire fence, behind and slightly north of a yellow arrow sign that points you north and south along Gribble Springs Road. Be sure to pull to the side of the road so as to allow other vehicles to get around you. Best way to find the disk is to face the sign -- you're facing west -- and go about a foot and a half west. Turn to face north, and you should be able to spot the concrete post with the disk, although you may have to push some bushes out of the way. It's about a foot and a half in front of you. Be careful of fire ants, too.
