This mark is one of a series of US Army Corps of Engineer survey marks on the locks of the Charles River just east of the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge and west of the Charlestown Bridge.

This mark is on the northern side of the river, underneath some sort of city or state building on the waterfront. Well, not underneath the building per se, but underneath this overhead bridge. A little angular arch allows you to go to the waterfront, and the mark is right there.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
